Are your chains real gold?

Yes, of course! We only sell chains that are 100% authentic and solid gold. The majority of our inventory is 10K because our focus is bringing in high quality gold chains at an affordable price.

Why do you sell only solid chains?

All of our chains are solid gold. Many jewelry retailers will sell you hollow or semi-solid chains that are not solid gold throughout. This leads to a weaker and lighter chain (often overpriced) that is not durable and more likely to break.

Why are your franco chains more expensive than your rope chains?

It all comes down to gram weight. We sell all of our gold chains based on their weight and a price per gram. Rope chains are a great purchase because you are paying less for a larger mm width. A 4mm rope chain can weigh approximately the same as a 3mm franco .

How do you set the price per gram?

The price per gram we charge changes based on the market price for gold and what we pay the manufacturers. There are also additional costs incurred such as custom fees on an import that we factor in. Our prices are some of the best in Canada and an amazing deal considering the quality of the chains we sell.

Can I order a chain that is not listed on your website?
